Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Process customer returns and exchanges
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Meet sales goals by promoting and upselling products
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills to manage cash register and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English to interact with customers effectively
- Previous experience in jewelry sales, technical sales, or electronics sales is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Morning shift
• Night shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

• Alton, IL 62002: Relocate before starting work (Required)
